Returns & Exchanges

At Wike, we stand behind our gear; if your equipment doesn't help you perform at your peak, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your sports gear in the original packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
